1) Prepaid Month 2 Month SLA (min 7 machines) R470 per computer per month R650 per server per month Key Benefits: -No paperwork from our side -No confusing and elaborate long term IT Service contracts keeping you locked in -Complete peace of mind knowing that your IT budget is very much in your control -1hr On-Site support per machine and 2hrs On-Site support per server per month -Unlimited remote and telephonic support for the duration of the paid for month -System health monitoring and notifications for the duration of the paid for month -End of Month reports for you to analyse key aspects of your IT environment
2) 12 Month SLA (min 15 machines) R370 per computer per month R550 per server per month Key Benefits: -Stable long term IT Support Service contract with key focus on driving down IT department expenditure whilst improving the efficiency thereof as well as availing more resources for greater workflow performance. -Complete peace of mind knowing that your IT infrastructure and budget is very much in the hands of the best team with YOUR interests at heart! -Free offsite backup for the duration of the contract -Allocation of 2hr On-Site support per machine and 4hrs per server per month -Unlimited remote and telephonic support for the duration of the contract -System health monitoring and notifications for the duration of the paid for month -Guaranteed response and resolution times -Guaranteed infrastructure up-times (site and resource dependant) -Detailed end of Month reports for you to analyse key aspects of your IT Systems
Website and Graphics Design Web design excludes hosting and licensing fees for any web applications/plugins/content generation/intellectual property/hosting associated with the project. Each web design project coupled with a hosting plan includes a preliminary Search Engine Optimization of the website as well as a ‘time limited’ mobisite (Mobile device optimized website) as mentioned below for 12 months. -R450.00 per hour
